GUITAR LESSONS WITH MATT BATTLE

Matt offers private guitar instruction for students of all ages and skill levels, with a particular focus on supporting middle and high school students as they grow as musicians.

A Personalized Approach

Every student is different, so every curriculum is too. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and ability level, but consistently incorporate music theory (chords, scales, and more), proper technique, sight-reading, and a well-rounded song repertoire – keeping lessons both educational and genuinely enjoyable.

Background & Track Record

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Music from Musicians Institute. His students have gone on to attend and graduate from some of the top music programs in the country, including Berklee College of Music, the BYU School of Music, Musicians Institute, and the USC Thornton School of Music – one with a full scholarship.
